My logo is a combination of stylized letters made out of black triangles and angle brackets, which I use while coding. I coded my static website on HTML5 Boilerplate. It’s completely custom, made from scratch. I wanted to keep my brand consistent on social media, so I created some graphics, too.
I am helping to organize Fleurix, Charlotte’s annual conference for women+ in IT. As a part of the marketing committee, I create social media graphics to inspire women to pursue a career in tech. I also worked on the Sponsor Welcome Packet and the conference resource map for attendees.

Discovering the powerful CSS grid inspired me to create and experiment with content flexible layouts. I was inspired by Swiss Graphic Design and tried to recreate some of their designs in code.
I played with Naef blocks to make them responsive. Change the width of your browser, or check it out on different devices to see what happens. The graphics were originally black and white, and I added color using CSS code. This saved 15% - 30% on image size, which made the loading time faster.
